Doulas of Knoxville see a need and have a desire to fill it! Our purpose is to offer our clients a unique doula package, highlighting our strengths and expertise. We will walk beside you on your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey as our package includes our traditional doula services plus Prep4Birth™, Prep4Partenr™, Prepared for Baby Class, and a 6-week Postpartum Recovery® Class.

Kimberly Sebeck, owner of Knoxville Doula; Emily Wannenburg, owner and founder of Memmy's Mommas and 4th Trimester Fitness® Method; Kristen Young, owner of Young Birth.  Together, we have more than 60 years of birth experience working for you! 

We offer monthly Prep4Birth™ classes in both Knoxville and Maryville, TN.  Our Prep4Birth and Prep4Partner™ classes are taught by Emily or Kristen (occasionally you may get both of us at a clinic!). Our Prepared for Baby class is taught by our very own Postpartum (and Birth) Doula extraordinaire, Kimberly Sebeck.  Kimberly generally hosts one class every 2 months.  Our 6 week Postpartum Recovery® class is offered multiple times a year by Emily Wannenburg. Non-mobile babies are encouraged to attend class with mom! Please check our calendar for upcoming classes, locations, and times.

We each book our own clients independently of each other; however, we work as a team in more ways than one! In fact, we often say that when you hire one of us, you get all 3 of our brains working for you.  You will have the opportunity to get to know all 3 of us when you attend the classes and the quarterly zooms. 

When you hire one of us as the Primary Doula, you will know that the other two will always be there to serve as our BUD (Back Up Doula).  It's unusual for two different families to have their babies at the same time, but it could happen. More likely, a BUD is called in for situations like illness, jury duty (really!! It happened to Doula Memmy!), or as relief in a very long labor.
